I still managed to lose .6!!! Yeah me! I have now officially made drinking water a habit---so no Pepsi. I made better choices and even found myself tired of eating out! Did I just write that? It's true. I want to know what point value I'm putting in my mouth. Eating out makes it so easy to blow my points.
I've lost 5 lbs overall...back where I was on week 4, but I'm headed in the right direction. One of my co-workers that started WW after me has already quit. She's been on it before (me too) My Mom & I decided that even if it's a slow journey we're going to stick with it. The last time I quit I ended up gaining another 30 lbs.
