Right, it's officially over - the cold that is!
Finally I'm feeling better. I haven't written for the last few days because I've been so busy and to be honest I ended up not eating or exercising muh at all.
So I'm pretending like they didn't happen, cutting out the last few days and starting day 23 on the 23rd of June - which actually makes things a little easier anyway.
FOOD
Breakfast: crunchy nut cornflakes
Morning tea: Dried fruit and nuts
Lunch: Half bowl of soup
Afternoon tea: Apples
Dinner: Another bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes
Pasta with kidney bean and tomato sauce
EXERCISE
20 minute walk
