Once i decided i was getting back on track, i called all of my walking friends! I walked 1 1/2 hours with my friend Julie, and then when i got home i called my other friend Jen, and we walked an hour. The walking felt wonderful, i haven't walked in a long time, i really missed it. Wednesday morning i am going to walk with my friend Jen, i am happy i have walking friends. I told them both that i am back on track, and we will be doing alot of walking!
