Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Once i decided i was getting back on track, i called all of my walking friends! I walked 1 1/2 hours with my friend Julie, and then when i got home i called my other friend Jen, and we walked an hour. The walking felt wonderful, i haven't walked in a long time, i really missed it. Wednesday morning i am going to walk with my friend Jen, i am happy i have walking friends. I told them both that i am back on track, and we will be doing alot of walking!

Walking is extremely underrated. I started running a little over a year ago and stopped walking because I thought it wasn't intense enough. YEAH RIGHT! I went for a power walk last night and not only did it feel great to just get out and walk, my heart rate was up the whole time and I was breathing heavily. Easy, my butt! I forgot how much I love it. And awesome job with all that walking- 2 1/2 hours! You are a machine!
