I put about a quater cup of Trader Joes roasted Red pepper artichoke tampenade, some turkey pepperoni and cheese...put it in the oven till crispy...PIZZA!! Or use it for roll ups with lunch meat or turkey pepperoni, lettuce, cheese....mmmmm...now I am hungry =)

I think they're 1 Point each.

I've been using them to make pizza, too. I spread tomato paste on the bread, then add 8 slices of turkey pepperoni, some thinly sliced mushroom and onion and 1/4 cup of LF mozzarella. When it comes out of the oven (400 degrees F for 10 minutes), I drizzle it with some EVOO.

I make a burrito with them. Spread 1/2 c. Old El Paso Refried Beans all over the flat out, then I do 1 Tb. real sour cream and top with lettuce and tomato. MMMM. A 3 point filler upper! Could also do cheese! I have to confess I eat this before going out to eat or to a cook out so that it fills me up longer and it makes it easier to not eat all the foods I can't stop eating. VERY FILLING!

Now i'm curious, what is the FLAT OUT BREAD? Is it wheat, white, carbohidrates etc, etc.? And Where do you purchase it, what type of stores?

I like to spread a light laughing cow wedge and then add turkey deli meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, or whatever veggies you want and roll up. It's been awhile since I've had it.
