Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I completely STOPPED working out for seven days in a row after the great stint of consistancy. I'm shooting for seven glorious days of treadmill and smaller meals 5 to six times starting in the morning. Breakfast, sm. snack, lunch, snack, dinner and if I'm hungery another small snack.

Here's to going for it.....in the past I would have not came back so fast, it would have been more like a month or two or three before the tradmill would see me again. So YES! I'm patting myself on the back for this very small victory.

Welcome back! We all have bad weeks sometimes ... what's important is to not let them snowball, and you're on the right track there!

Me, I skipped working out last Thursday-Tuesday ... first because my gym was closed for "facilities upgrades" and then because I was out of town at the boyfriend's house. But I got back in there Wednesday through Saturday, and am likely to go again this morning.

Good luck with the treadmill! It's definitely not my thing, unfortunately. Keep up the good work!

You should totally pat yourself on the back for getting back on track so quickly! I'm working on about a month off plan! Yikes!
