WI- I am SHOCKED!!!

I still can't believe it... every single day this week, my scale has been up! Not just a little bit up, one day was even waaaay up!! I was VERY OP this week, I know I had a ton of FPs leftover & for the most part, I ate healthy. It just boggles my mind how for the entire week my scale will read high & then on the morning that I WI it says.....



-0.4 LBS!!!






I just don't get it... Am I happy? Yes and no.... yes, of course I'm happy- a loss is s a loss!!! But.... why up all week and only down 0.4 lbs when I was so OP w/ extra flexies??? I just don't get it....

But I don't have to- it's a new week & I have 4 weeks until my birthday! I don't know if it's possible or not, but I would like to be back at the weight I stopped at back in November (142). Obviously I'm not going do it in an unhealthy way b/c I know those results won't last, but I am beyond the 10 day mark for my ankle, so I should be allowed to exercise again & I'm hoping that will give me the boost I need to lose quickly!! So, four weeks, 11.6 lbs to go! (Yes, I know it prolly won't happen... but even if I lose 8 lbs in the next month, I'll at least be close-and back under my personal max- and have a TON of motivation to keep going!!!) :D Be back with a menu later! Congrats on the loss! Some weeks, it seems like the scale is picking up readings from a rogue radio station, space, or some alternate dimension (anywhere but from my actual weight!) There have been several times where I've been pleasantly surprised by weigh-in. 10 pounds in a month does seem like a steep goal, but if you stick to the diet and exercise, I bet you'll do very well, even if you don't quite make it.
