Yesterday wasn't perfect but it was much better than I have been. I was at 26 points for the day (target is 22) but that is soooooooooooo much better than the last few weeks. Got in a little activity on the Wii Fit and lots of walking. 8 glasses of water and 4 veggies.
Today's goal is purely to stay OP. Lots of water (aiming for 10!) and veggies (5!). Hope to jump on the Wii Fit later as well. We have to go out today to visit with some family. As long as I am not hungry I will be OK. Better pack a good snack to eat right before we get there. LOL
