So my last post was June 10th and today is July 3rd. I am happy to report that although I have not posted, I haven't gained. But I haven't really lost either. In the last month I went out of town two different weekends and have been balancing working out, 2 summer classes and work. Its been alot!!! I also just got back together with my ex (which is going really well :) ) but that takes up time too. A good thing is that he hits the gym alot so we can go together. I havent been counting calories at all!! I have a little in my head, but not on paper. I have also been eating out alot too.
My last summer final is today and for the next two months I will only be working 3 or 4 days a week, which is sooo nice! I want to take this time off as an opportunity to lose more weight before fall. I am hovering around 150-152 right now and have a goal of 135.
Plan:
- Post at least 3 times a week on here
- count calories everyday of things I know calories for
- when I eat out stick to only proteins and good fats (breads, tortillas, chips, pasta seem to be bad choices at restaurants)
- hit the gym or run four times a week
