Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Not much too report, I just wanted to post so too many days did not go by without me posting. I have been eating pretty good. I have cut alot of bread and starchy items out of my diet. I have been on some sort of a plateau and I think this might help.

I am off to work in a few, but I wrote in my planner that this week I am working out tuesday, wednesday, thursday and saturday, no excuses!!!

Good for you for cutting down on the bread. Those carbs get me every time.
