Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Here is the deal. I just found out that I am going away to Florida..FOR FUN...and I have exactly eight weeks (seven weigh ins) to prepare weight wise. I really need help setting a reasonable, attainable, and of course challenging goal to get me from here to there. At my last weigh in I was down a total of 38.4 pounds. That put me weighing 206 pounds. Obviously, I want to be living in one-derland by then, but I really want to set my mind to making the next eight weeks really count!

Any ideas?

Ok so you want advice hmmmmmmmm....... You know how to do this !!!! Eat OP, Activity, and lots of H2O !!!! I think you could at the very least squeeze off 1lb a week. You can do that for 7.5 weeks. I know you can. :)

Reduce your sugar and carb intake, by only eating grains at one meal per day, and really up protien and veggies. Also, add in a little strength training to tone up and lose weight, and spped up the metabolism! Great job on the loss so far!!

How about a goal of 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week? That'd be a max of 16 pounds gone by the time you go. Challenging, but not out of the question. ;)

I am not sure what your average has been so far but I would think 1.5 lbs per week a good goal. That would put you at 195.5. or maybe 2 lbs a week but i think that is hard - well, it is for me anyway. Either way, you should feel wonderful about the 38.4 you have all ready lost.
