That's right. I had my WI, and I'm doing a little happy dance! Why, you ask?
The scale was down this week ... 2.4 pounds down, even with my blowing most of my FPs in one fell swoop Wednesday night. (I still don't regret that dinner. It was wonderful.) That makes for a total of 42.4 altogether ... and puts me just 3.3 pounds from One-derland.
Woo-hoo! If I work really hard this week, I just might make it next Monday ... but it's probably more realistic to say I'll be in One-derland in another two.
However, I'm going to try my darnedest to get there in a week, because I'm getting impatient. Plus, I want to help the Blue Team win the BTL Biggest Loser challenge! ;)
So my plan for the week is to ramp up the exercise ... I only logged 145 minutes of exercise last week (granted, it was a day short, but that wouldn't have helped much). I also plan to keep drinking lots of water and keep tracking every bite, every day. I think that has helped ... it made me realize that the damage from the Italian dinner wasn't as bad as I feared it'd be, and then I didn't get tempted to just throw in the towel.
