First things first, I weighed in today at 206. So down 4 lbs. I do contribute some of that weight loss to the fact that it was TOM last week and I retain water horribly during that time. None the less, I am happy and it was a good loss for the BL challenge. Go team red!
Recap of last week’s Tuesday Trio (goals).
1- Short termer- This week, I will log points even with the holiday weekend! It is not an excuse to slip up
2- Mid termer- Couch to 5K – get back on the Couch25k Bandwagon after taking some time to let my ankle heal
3-Long Termer- 33% - it may not happen in 08 but I want it to happen during the time I am 33!
So I accomplished #1. I logged points and stayed in my pt range or used flex. I had 14 fp’s left after the log weekend which is pretty good.
#2- I didn’t start back up last week!
#3 – I lost 4 lbs this week. My weight at the begging of 2008 was 215 and now I am 206 so I have lost 4% . Only 29% more to go… YIKES
So this weeks goals are as follows—
Short termer- This week, I get up weekday mornings early and get my workout in. I did this morning.
My Mid termer and long termer goals remain the same.
Yesterday’s journal, I ended up being below in pts as I got busy and forgot about my evening snack. I remembered right before going to bed and I didn’t want to eat then.
