I was desperatly hoping to be out of the 180's today but I was exactly 180 this morning. I have been battling the 180's since February...hopefully next week I will see the 170's and never see 180 on the scale again! I went to the gym for the third time last night. I am going to try to go 3-4 times a week. I have been 3 times since last Thursday so that is good. I have been doing a 10 minute warm up on the elliptical and then 30 minutes circuit training and then going back to the elliptical for 20 or so minutes. The workout goes really quick that way and that is what the trainer told me to do. I am really enjoying the time to myself and I feel so good when I leave there. My husband is not liking the fact that I am going though. He doesn't like the time it takes away from my family and also I think he is a little jealous. I am only 2 pounds away from losing 50 pounds...something I didn't think was possible when I started. Only 40 more to go....but I am taking it 10 pounds at a time so that I don't get overwhelmed! Well...I guess I should get some work done now....skinny vibes to everyone.
