Down 1.5! But I still didn't break 180.....ugh.

I was desperatly hoping to be out of the 180's today but I was exactly 180 this morning. I have been battling the 180's since February...hopefully next week I will see the 170's and never see 180 on the scale again! I went to the gym for the third time last night. I am going to try to go 3-4 times a week. I have been 3 times since last Thursday so that is good. I have been doing a 10 minute warm up on the elliptical and then 30 minutes circuit training and then going back to the elliptical for 20 or so minutes. The workout goes really quick that way and that is what the trainer told me to do. I am really enjoying the time to myself and I feel so good when I leave there. My husband is not liking the fact that I am going though. He doesn't like the time it takes away from my family and also I think he is a little jealous. I am only 2 pounds away from losing 50 pounds...something I didn't think was possible when I started. Only 40 more to go....but I am taking it 10 pounds at a time so that I don't get overwhelmed! Well...I guess I should get some work done now....skinny vibes to everyone.

I was at exactly 180 this morning as well. We should both be able to break through and hit the 170s next week. **crosses fingers for both of us**

I am right there with you guys. I am sitting at exactly 180, and am looking forward *fingers crossed* to breaking into the 170's at tomorrow's weigh in.

It sounds like you are really enjoying your time at the gym. It's just too bad that your husband is making you feel bad about going. A couple hours a week of ME time is definitely needed. I really wish that he was more supportive of you getting to your goal.

so close! Dumb scale! :) Congrats on the loss, you are doing great. Sounds like the gym is treating you good too, quite the workouts for sure! Good luck this week and you will definitely see the 170s, maybe you will hit the 50lbs lost too! woo hoo!
