Wahoo! While I did eat more than I wanted, I still stayed within a few hundred points of my daily goal. Here are some of my successes yesterday: 1) I did not go for the alcohol!!!! (Which leads me to eat A LOT). 2) I filled up on lots of good veggies first!!! 3) I took half-servings of the not-as-good of choices (enchiladas, manicoti). AND, 4) I only took small, small portions of the birthday cake!!! Wahoo! To make it even sweeter, my weight on the scale went down this morning (250.6). Looks like I might make my 1st goal of 10 lbs (down to 250) by my birthday tomorrow!!!
