The weekend was good. I spent the time relaxing with my family and getting some things done from the TODO list. It was good.
Food is still going well. For some reason, the giant monkey on my back which is a low-grade eating disorder appears to be at least marginally under control. This is a good thing.
I'm going to be here this week, posting, and then I'm going on vacation for the next week. Right now I'm just trying to get work to a point where I can leave.
After I get back from vacation, I'm going to try to get seriously back into exercise. A little at a time, but it's time to get going.
Anyway, still hanging at 25.8 pounds down, and happy.
