No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Last night was really fun. We went to visit some friends and had a great time, they grilled steaks for us (really high in points I later discovered-oops!) and we had a great time talking. Got home around midnight, and the baby was up at 6:15 for her a.m. feeding. I am a little tired, but I really feel sorry for the husband who couldn't sleep and was up at 3am, and is still up. He is going to try to stay up till 8 tonight to get on a day schedule. At least he has an extra long weekend this week, he is taking a vacation day so his new shift doesn't overlap with his old one. We have a busy day (for us) planned: swim lessons for the boys at 9:30, haircut for the husband, clean the house and I am going to try to get some studying done when I can. I still have my lab to do and I need to submit a chapter quiz so I have plenty to keep me busy with schoolwork.
I went over my pts last night but it's ok. I am back OP today and for the rest of the week. I got myself lotsa veggies yesterday, so today is healthy food day ;-)

I love getting together with friends...even if I go over my pts, it's nice to unwind...
my kids are up at 6am too...that's a pi$$er...Do you write down your veggies? I noticed today that when I journal, I don't write down anything that is 0pts...i.e. veggies and drinks... I really should do that huh? Good luck on your lab and your quiz...I LOVE going to school online...it's so much more convenient. Have a great rest of the week...I'll be thinking of you when I WI on Friday...here's to a loss this week!

Getting together with friends is fun...but usually they make stuff or get drinks you can not drink. But you have to kick back and relax sometimes. I have to say I am lucky Jacob wakes up 8am always has...thank you god! But I hope you guys get some sleep & get through your busy schedule.

WOW you had a busy day!!! I must admit i rather have the busy stay at home schedule than the go to work mom schedule, it does give me more headaches,although between you and I am considering resigning and getting a job at the kids school :) That would be awesome!!! You sound like you have been a great OP girl!! I have been doing flex for the past 2 weeks and I am down from 177.6 to 172, so needless to say I am going to try to stick to flex for now, and I have completely quit sodas, even diet ones. The sodium in them I believe was stalling my weight, but of course now I have to caffeine headaches too. Talk to you soon.
