my 1st blog
So I figured it was time for a blog, even if this is just for myself because I am still trying to figure out this site as far as friends and stuff! Well I am feeling great I started Weight watchers and have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks! I know the weight always falls off at first, but it is still nice to start off like this. I weigh myself everyday because I find it keeps me motivated so far to see the scale go down almost everyday there has been a couple days that it doesnt go down or even went up a little this really motivates me because I know I messed up the day before! So I would have to say that my major weakness is the weekend! I keep my 35 extra points but even using just those makes my weight go back up some! for example this last week on friday I weighed 148 lbs!! Then over the weekend I used my 35 extra points and on Monday I weighed 150 lbs! (I normally don't weigh myself sat and sunday morning) I mean I know I probably should not be losing 5 lbs in a week anyways 3 is probably a better number but it was still a little depressing! But hey I should be happy because at least i'm still losing!! I will try to eat better this weekend for sure!
