on the road again...
.....I just can't wait to get on the road again... Anybody know that old Willie Nelson song? (or at least I think its him?)
So we are taking Chad to North Dakota this weekend. He usually spends 2-3 weeks there every summer with his grandparents and cousins. Jordan was able to find a sub to work for her on Sat/Sun so we are off and running! Although its going to be an awful quick trip. We are leaving Friday after Jay gets home from work....driving 525 miles to Minot, ND. (We will probably get there around 1 or 2 a.m.) Then Saturday night we will go to the ND State Fair (and the Matchbox 20 concert)....then leave for home early Sunday morning.
Matchbox 20 is one of my favorite bands...so I am excited for that part. The 15-16 hours in the car I am NOT so excited about!
I haven't bounced back from my vacation very well at all. Having a tough time getting the eating under control! Uhhg! I am pretty sure I'll use a "no weigh in" pass tomorrow at WI. Then get my butt in gear! And try to stay in somewhat control this weekend as well.
Why is it so HARD sometimes?

If it makes you feel any better, I'll be doing a 20 hr road trip next week to MN with a THREE YEAR OLD! :) LOL Good luck at your meeting tomorrow and dont beat yourself up to much about getting your eating under control. Just start each day fresh and keep going to those meetings and you'll be back in the groove in no time. :) (I totally understand where you're coming from) Remember "slow and steady wins the race"! :) You go GIRL!
