I'm new to this whole blogging thing, so it's taking me awhile to set up my page, but I'll figure it all out. I'm doing the WW flex plan on my own, and my first week went well. I lost 3 lbs. and did good drinking my water and journaling. It seems to help me to pre-plan and journal my food ahead of time. That way I know exactly what I am going to eat and how many points I will have left for an evening snack. I like to have popcorn or a WW cookies n cream bar in the evening while hubby and son are having their snack, that way I don't feel deprived. I've set up goals of losing 5lbs. at a time and rewards along the way to the ultimate goal of losing 80lbs. We are in the process of selling our home and moving , so I've got to keep the stress/emotional eating under control. I'm hoping this blog community will help me along the way!
