With the exception of my not-so-great WI, Monday was a good day. I'm just getting around to posting about it because my Internet stopped working last night. Thank goodness it's back now.
I did some more thinking yesterday, and realized I had a lot of sweet snacks. They may have been just 1 Point apiece, but I went through two boxes of Mrs. Freshley's (one box of 100-calorie chocolate cupcakes and a box of the 100-cal oatmeal cream pies). That probably did nothing to help my trip to One-derland.
Another thought: I think I might try to cut back on my carb intake a little bit. I like those low-carb recipes, and cutting carbs did seem to help me lose weight faster. I'm not going back to full-on Atkins ... I'll still do WW, but I'll just watch the carbs a bit more. It certainly can't hurt.
And hopefully it'll help.
So far today, I've had leftover quiche with 1/2 a WW English Muffin topped with butter spray and sugar-free jam. Not bad, eh?
