So..I'm trying to figure out to fit my points into my messed up schedule. I work 9:45pm-8:30am... which means I try to grab some sleep anywhere from 10:30-11ish until 3:30.
Can I just count any 24 hour period for my points? I was thinking of doing 7am to 7am. My sleeping schedule it to unpredictable for me to use as "the end of my day/points" and on my days off, I go back to sleeping normal hours....
Thanx... I'm going to do 7 to 7...just because it will make it easier to count on the days that I'm not working. I need to get off this shift, I don't sleep enough and all that extra awake time gives me too much time to nibble.
Because I was consuming a lot of my points at dinner and later, my WW leader suggested that I start counting Points at midday. So I counted dinner and snacks, then went to bed, woke up and counted breakfast and lunch as being in the same day. My Points reset at 4 p.m.
There's no rule that says you have to count from when you get up to when you go to bed.
For me, particularly when I was in college, I occasionally would have weird "days". As such, I always made sure to make my day from when I woke up until I went to sleep.
This kept me from trying to sneak in the next day's points. It's be 2 am, I'd be hungry, and I'd think, "Oh, I'll just use some of tomorrow's points, because it's already technically tomorrow." The only problem was, the next day, I'd be starving, and I'd already have stolen some of my points to feed my munchies the night before. Using the time I was asleep to reset my points really is the only way I can keep myself from stealing from myself.
