Well.. how's everyone doing? I must say I am having a fabulous morning! I saw 189 on the scale this morning...finally broke out of the 190's! Woo hoo! Although that was butt naked...so we'll have to see what I can do before the official WI tomorrow at noon. I don't think the other members would appreciate me stripping down to my birthday suit for WI! LOL
Got to the gym a little early last night...so did 30 minutes on the treadmill before my 60 min. Body Pump class! Man did I feel good when I got home! Hope you are all having a great day!
I forgot to post my food yesterday....nighttime ritual w/ the kiddos was nuts. Anyway, I ended up ok. We splurged on some popcorn and shared a cup of chocolate milk :) Today is personally a BAD day so far but the eating is ok...I had a half slice of toast and 2 turkey sausage links along w/ my water! Hope you all are doing great and I am looking forward to the weekend!!

I had a pretty good day yesterday. I hit the gym after work and did 37 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill. For dinner we had tacos w/ lean hamburger and 1pt tortillas, so I did good-also got about 72oz of water in which is great for me lately! Tonight I have plans on going to the gym at some point. I was going to go after work but we are running to p/up a playset for DS. So I will go after we come back or at the very least b/c it is supposed to be 70-75 today go for a bike ride or long walk with the family. So far on plan today and keeping at it!
Hi everyone, So great to read about how you're doing and how your days are going. I'm off to a good start today. I cant remember the last time I've had 4 days in a row of sticking to my pts. :) This blog has been such a great motivation for me. :) Breakfast was an iced latte and 1 scrambled egg with a Tbls grated cheese. (Roni, my 3 yr old loved your video on the mommy and me omlette and has become quite the little egg cracker now! :) ha) Morning snack was a small banana with 2 tsp reduced fat PB. (did you know if it's a small banana, 6 and 7/8 inch or less it's only one pt. YEAH!) Needless to say I ALWAYS buy small bananas. :) I like them frozen too so I usually have a freezer full of them. Now I no longer have to throw out those brown bananas that didnt get eaten. :) Lunch will probably be my favorite Grape Nuts Trail Mix Crunch Cereal with 1/2 C. blueberrys and milk. :) I know it's backwards but I almost always have cereal for lunch! :) YUM! I'm kinda addicted to Special K with Red Berries too but after 6 months of that I'm moving on to Grape Nuts again! :) I need to get a good run/walk in tonight as I missed last night. :( My main form of exercise is walking or running (alternating days) 2 to 3 miles, using hand weights for arms and shoulder workout and then tons of sit-ups) I'm off to get started while my little one is napping so here's to a great day for everyone! :) Thanks for all the great food ideas Roni. I love the videos. I've gotten a ton of great ideas and tips from them! :)
My morning has been pretty good. I slept in, then got on the scale (like Robyn, completely clothes-less) ... and saw 209.8 on the scale. My official WW weigh-in isn't until next Monday, so we'll see if I can officially make the leap from the 210s to the 200s.
For breakfast, I had half a Weight Watchers English muffin with PB and LF cream cheese (3 1/2 total). I'm planning to try a new class at the gym at noon-ish. It's a boot camp class. Why do I want to go through such torture?
