Frozen Yogurt

Is anybody else out there "addicted" to frozen yogurt?? I truely feel like I could eat it all day long. My husband says that if we had all the money I have spent on the stuff that we could buy another house, that is scary!!! I have had to limit myself to only eating it 2-3 times a week b/c I can get into trouble. Do you have a food that you feel obsessed with? Just need to feel like I am not alone :)

Seriously I can eat it for every meal every day. It's really weird. And you know what, it doesn't even have to be GOOD pizza! LOL

Chips! Any type, any time. Potato, Corn, Dorito's, Pringles - seriously, have not met a chip I didn't love. They are banned from my house because I can't stop eating the dang things until the entire bag is gone. My will power is totally gone when they are around.

I fought with this in the grocery store tonite.. Chips were on sale AND I had a coupon. But I am not responsible with my chips :( I wanted them so badly, but I know that even if I counted out my 1 serving (19 chips) I would end up having "just a few more" until the bag was gone... Chips are so good...

Absolutely addicted to chocolate.. luckily I have found ways to fulfill my craving w/out wrecking my diet. But dark chocolate is not allowed in my house... I bought mini wrapped dark chocolate, thinking that would force me to use portion control. It did, I ate the two bag over 2 days, instead of 1! :)

Bread and Butter! If there is a bread basket anywhere near me I typically find it and slather on the butter. It's so basic but so good. When my husband and I go out to eat I have to tell the waitress not to bring it. Breaks my heart everytime!

This is terrible but just about everything you all suggested i could eat and eat---maybe not chips, but everything else. I think that I am doomed to be fat.

Dark chocolate! it is pure heaven and hell. And I do not waste my points on crap chocolate either-no Hershey's here!

I love dark chocolate too. It's interesting that when I am aware of what I am eating I only eat the best but when I am bingeing I tend to eat just crap. Any ol thing will do.

Well don't feel bad about it. I binged on Monday after resisting all of this temptation at a party I went to on Sunday. I mean, if I knew I was going to end up eating 10,000,000 calories I should have eaten at the party where all of the good stuff was. Instead I ate poptarts and hostess cupcakes. I guess it's all about the comfort and I grew up eating that stuff.

I am not sure I am helping here but...yesterday at our WW meeting someone brought in an empty container of Chapman's Frozen Yogurt. I got some yesterday...it is amazing! They have several flavours - honey and almond crunch is what I had last night and it was to die for. They have strawberry rubarb and some heavenly chocolate thing....anyway, it's two points for half a cup...might be able to save some flex points and have yourself a full cup without guilt!

And you are not alone! Everyone has their own thing...for me it's many things! I also found that throughout my journey I have found different things to be obsessed with. e.g. one month I was obsessed with eating Roni's banana split every night....so it changed for me but it happens!

P.S. I am not sure if they have this product in the US - I live in Canada...
