Clothing Exchange
I don't know how doable this is for everyone but the thought just came to me. Some of us are going into sizes that others of us are getting out of. I think it'd be a great idea to setup a clothing exchange so we can have like new things to wear while we're loosing to remind us of our progress while shedding clothes we no longer need. You'd just post the sizes of the items and a description(pics if you can) and arrange to have them shipped to the recepient on a 1st come 1st serve basis. What do you ladies think? Guys you can be included too but you may want to post a different discussion to avoid confusion.

I think this is a GREAT idea. I wish I did it to be honest.
If people are interested we can set up a group. That way the clothes exchangers have there own boards and can post what they have/what they want in new threads.

I guess no one wants to do this...I thought it was a great idea. It's a relatively free way to get new clothes minus S&H costs.

I think it's a good idea!...Don't give up so quickly!!...Comment on your own post a lot....the messages cycle through and so it's sometimes only showing on the main page for a short while if there is a lot of activity!! At least if you are commenting on it that will show on the main page for a time...
Keep ME posted on when this may start happening...I know buying clothes is getting expensive the past 8 months or so since I started to really try shedding the weight! I would love to trade with people in here!! Especially Kristi! have you seen some of the stuff she's wearing in her pictures?...Her clothes are great!

This is a great idea...I wish you had put this out there a few months ago...I just donated all of my suits to the animal shelter. I don't know if I have anything that anyone would want but I have some 18's and 16's in khaki style pants and cotton tops that I have in my bin for the thrift store so if anyone needs anything...just let me know?? I can post pics :) Oh yeah and I have some nice long skirts and dressy tops also...

I'm hopefully about to go into a size 16 very soon. I've been wearing 18/20's but the 20's are getting a bit roomier and I'd like to get some 18s and make 16's on a good day! Hang on to them for me for a little bit. I know I need dressier things for work and I have absolutly no khakis anymore. I busted the zipper out of my last size 20 khakis, as well as all but 1 pair of my work pants, right before I decided to make some changes.

I've been working all weekend and haven't came across your post til now. This is a really good idea. I think that you guys are all smaller than I am, but I would be happy to help or send a little money to downsize when the time comes.

I think it's a great idea also. Count me in! I'm currently in 18-20. I just bought some new clothes a few weeks ago that I'm hoping will be too big soon. I don't have anything yet though.
