Once i decided i was getting back on track, i called all of my walking friends! I walked 1 1/2 hours with my friend Julie, and then when i got home i called my other friend Jen, and we walked an hour. The walking felt wonderful, i haven't walked in a long time, i really missed it. Wednesday morning i am going to walk with my friend Jen, i am happy i have walking friends. I told them both that i am back on track, and we will be doing alot of walking!

I haven't been on track here lately! I am going to start fresh on Saturday and I will be going to my weigh-in on Tuesday. I do much better when i go to my meetings! :)

I had a gained, but i wasn't following the plan and didn't walk! But i am back on track as of today! I will say a gain of 0.2 isn't bad, because i ate like a piggy. I will have a loss next week, wish me luck!
I will be walking 7 miles tonight with a friend of mine! I am looking forward to the walk!

Friday morning i had appointment with my doctor about this mole of mine on the inside of my thigh, that has gotten bigger and i decided to have it checked out. She decided to remove the mole, so she numbed it with anesthetic and cut it out and i had to have 5 stitches to close up the opening. It is pretty sore now, but the pain pills she gave me, is helping with the pain! I will have the stitches taken out next week Thursday.
