This is my first blog on Blog to Lose! I am on the weightloss train like most of the rest of us... Sometimes it seems SOO hard and other days not so much.
My goal is to be 150 by July 1st. This morning I weighed in at 165.2. I have about 7 weeks to loose about 15 pounds. This seems like an impossible goal for me (I am so up and down) but really, its like loosing 2.17 pounds a week. Knowing me some weeks may be less or not weight loss but then other weeks will be more than 2.17 pounds. So, I just need to stay focused. I keep a hand written food journal and havent been so great at it lately. That needs to change as well as my lack of water drinking in order for me to have a chance at my goal. As far as exercise, I am at the top of my game. I am running (never have been a runner) I lift weight 3x a week, and I also do kickboxing and abs classes 2x per week. I take one day off from working out. So for me I need to work on my eating and journaling and I should be able to obtain my goal or come pretty darn close!
