I'm a mom of three young boys with a husband who eats three dinners with dessert to follow and stays the exact same size as when I met him. I love to cook, bake and grill and love having my own herb and vegetable gardens....not sure why, but it's fun to me! I love supporting others on their journey and look forward to meeting goal soon!
Thanks for your comments - and way to go! It's not easy maintaining you are right. I think still being aware of it and not sneaking back to bad habits will help us - and a little encouragement from here will help too!
Thanks for commenting on my blog. Some pointers? I have cut out ALL sugars from my diet. Now when I have a coffee in the morning all I need is a splenda. I don't drink soda pop, and for lunches and dinners I fill my plate with salad before I go for an entree. I drink about 3 L of water/day. :)
