About Me:
Stay at Home Mom. School age daughter and active toddler boy.
I'm tired of yo-yo"ing". I've been as low as 118 and as high as 180 (not including my pregnancies). Most of the time I'm around 154, like right now. I really want to stop overeating because of stress and loose about 20 lbs. I'm done having children and it is time for ME to take care of my body.
Plan of Choice:
Low Fat, Weight Watchers
Workout Philiosophy:
I stay active doing everyday activities, I'm a walk-a-holic, I'm a gym rat ALL the way, I love lifting weights

A few things are different, this time (but something is always different). First, I'm finished having children. I always used that as an excuse to not loose all my weight. Of course, my baby is two now and hubby was snipped about 6 months ago!… Continue
