So I am finding myself over the last couple of days having thoughts like, "one soda won't hurt", "you've been so good you can have that dessert in the office" and "you deserve a free day to eat whatever you want." I'm so excited! I achieved my first goal, which was to enter the 250's! I think I will have to create more goals because this is almost as good as chocolate. Haha.

I'm really pumped about starting Weight Watchers today. (I'm not going to meetings, but I have all of the material I need already and have done this before) Last week I lost 10 lbs doing meal replacements for two meals a day and am really happy with that, but I'm so happy to be eating normal food again. I was beginning to get really sluggish and a bit on the cranky side. I'm preparing my head for 2-4 lb losses a week and am really going to try to not weight myself at home again until next Monday…

Wow - I didn't anticipate it being this difficult getting through the weekend. It's so much easier to do this at work when I am busy all day. And this is a 3 day weekend!!! I will make it through!

So here I am on day three and still feeling so very motivated to lose this weight! It's coming off quick, but I know it slow down very quickly and I have to prepare myself for that now. Just thought I'd celebrate that I haven't given up, which has been my "thing" for the last couple of years. Can't wait until I can post a progress picture.
