Come on Month of June!

Hey everyone i will be soo glad when May is over with ! It is such a hard month to lose weight in, at least for me. I have had a cookout and 3 parties and 5 birthday cakes this month to contend with! OOH OOH I HATE MAY!!! I am trying to be good but the scale isn't budging. I keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds back and forth! Well I at least want to tell EVERYONE congratulations on their great progress on some of the blogs I have read!! WAY TO GO GIRLS!!!

Ok give me the good news first!

Happy Birthday to me! Today is my b-day and I am 34. Wow did I just admit to that?! Well, anyway here's the good news I got some Obsession perfume, a movie, and some bath stuff that's citrus and mandarin and it smells almost exactly like Obsession. That was from my wonderful hubby and my beautiful girls!! Now more good news I got a cake from hubby ! The bad news...I got a cake from hubby! Hoping to get back to me.

Well, here I am again trying to lose weight . I have reached my highest weight ever! AAAHHH! I feel so bad that I let this happen to me, when I met my husband 5 yrs. ago i was 90 punds lighter and on weight Watchers. I had lost 40 pounds and felt good but, still had 40 to go well, didn't lose it because 3 months later found out i was gonna be a mom again. I have an older daughter who was 5 at the time. Well, i lost track of myself I have been doing a little better eating wise, though . I've been eating more fruits and a few more veggies. Also, i've been quitting when i'm full. Now i just need to eat more salads,veggies and drink more water! I need to write things down to and keep track! I'm working on it but have still been lazy when it comes to writing stuff down. i do alright during the morning and mid-afternoon but when it gets to evening I forget to write it down or forget my points allowance. LORD HELP ME GET OFF MY RUMP AND COMMIT!! Pray for me I need it!
