Okay the 4 pound gain says it all!! I could give a list of excuses...birthday, stress, work, working nights, not enough sleep, etc...but it all boils down to lack of motivation and no drive!! Woohoo!! I had another loss this week of 2.2 pounds!!! I really thought I would be up because after my stomach virus passed...I felt the need to catch up on all those calories I missed out on! :) This weekend I plan to get back into my groove. People were calling in to work both nights I worked this week and I joked to one that was calling in and said oh I wouldn't be that lucky to get a stomach virus and lose weight!! that is what my weight is doing. up and down...damn it. I did lose 1 pound this week to bring my weight loss to a whopping 5 pounds since August!!!
