POSITIVE----I finally learned how to get the weight ticker in place so that it can be viewed--phew! Negative--since my first post I have gained 5 pounds-obviously not my goal here. EEkk at potluck at work!! I knew ahead of time that this may present a small problem so I tried to plan ahead. I made sure and had weight loss oatmeal for breakfast so that I would feel full and not so hungry by lunch. This helped a bit but not the best way to start my point counting week. I came accross Roni's web page a couple of months ago and loved it! Since then I have been back many times and then on one visit came accross the blogs. Now whenever I have a little free time (uugghh not often enough)I go and visit other people's blogs. I was surprised to find that reading other people's stories and posts really motivated me to stick to the weight plan and inspired me to do better.
