I keep missing my exercise times, although I plan for it something else always comes up. So far I am stuck at 327 but hoping for some change this week. I wish you all success this week, se you all lighter :)

I did a weigh in yesterday and it was 330.4 so that means I need to halve myself of 165.2 pounds. I know it's going to take awhile and this time I will not give up.
I am always needing some encouragement and am willing to give too so please comment me anytime.

I also want to be 1/2 my current size. I'm walking for 30 minutes after dinner tonight. What are your exercise plans?
