Well this morning is off to a good start.....
M1: 1 C skim milk, 1/2 scoop GNC protein powder, 1/2 c raspberries, 1/2 blueberries, 8 oz water
M2: 1/4 c mixed nuts, 1 apple, tall coffee with sugar free flavor shot, 2 tbsp cream, 24 oz water
M3: Leftover lasagna, medium sized serving, bottle diet coke, 24 oz water
M4: 1/4 mixed nuts, 1 apple, can diet coke :(, peanut butter bar :(
M5: 5 oz roast beef, 1 c roasted potatoes, 16 oz water
M6: 1 apple, 1 piece string cheese, 24 oz water
