I'm new to blogging...have NO CLUE what I'm doing...but I'm going to figure it out...and I will track what I eat, and when I work out!! I'm getting married 2/7/09...and right now weigh 185 lbs...and by 9/15/08 I will be 166.5 (10%) and by 2/7/09 I will be 150....

Hump Day.....

It's Wednesday, halfway through the week...actually more for me because I think I'm going to try to sneak out of work on Friday and enjoy a day off!! Intake: M1: 1 c milk, 1/2 c oamteal, large coffee with 2 tbsp cream, 8 oz water M2: 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 c melon, 24 oz water M3: 1 small whole grain wrap, 3 oz shredded chicken, 1 c mixed peppers, onions and mushrooms, 1/2 c salsa, 16 oz water M4: McDonald's medium iced coffee, 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 c melon, 16 oz water M5: Visit to the buff… Continue

Going strong....

Well this morning is off to a good start..... A New Beginning.....AGAIN!

This is me starting....and my goal is to track food and workouts...every day...not every day that I do good, but EVERY day...and I will track everything!!!
