Benchmarks

Since I sought Jean's blog Rain, Rain go away....lol,(and believe me I want it to go away too, since we are in the same state) I decided to put up some benchmarks for me too.

the first one is to get under 200lbs. it's been at least 2 years that I can't go under 200lbs, and usually when I am close I screw it up. So here it goes.

When I get under 200lbs I will get me a nice IPOD since mine just broke. and once I reach that benchmark, I will set another one.

The Procrastinator Diaries - Chapter 1

If there's King of Procrastination this week. That would be me. I found excuses up the ying yang to not do what I'm suppose to do. Plan tomorrow's Food Plan.

I think one of my downfalls is not planning the tomorrow...that's why sometimes I eat whatever comes appears first. So let me plan tomorrow, listening to this great tune by the Doobie Bros - Black Water. My history in a nutshell

I have being dieting since I don't know when. I've tried many things, and I think the only thing that is really wrong is my approach to diets. I've just joined WW about a month ago, and I've been doing fairly good. lost about 10lbs. But I am back to my bad habits again, I do super during the day, just to screw up everything at night. Hey bro, sorry for the really, really late reply. Busy with life and others. Forgot my password as well.

I'm doing well, was maintaining my weight for a while (since I was having a plateau so what the heck, let's maintain it for a while) but now I'm back on track.

Hey Lucky - your story sounds a lot like mine. I came close to the 200 barrier and crept back up to 217 (current weight). I am back on this blog to try to be more accountable to the vague masses. Anyway- check out the Men on a Mission group if you feel like it - otherwise just stick with smart choices and you can make a difference. Good luck. Sandy

- Bro, I think I only spend about 1 hour 1/2 - excluding brisk walk/jog. But sometimes I will add another 30 minutes for dancing since I love to dance. I do my brisk walk/jog in the morning and weightlifting/workout in the evening. I don't go to the gym. I've set up a small gym in my own bedroom.
