A Lot of Good News

So here. Goes. I got the job up in Crystal City. WAHOOOO. I am so excited about it. I get paid roughly around 25,729 a year. And I have free Gym membership. I start on the 20th. I honestly can't wait. This is the most amazing thing to happen since I graduated High School. I can't believe its happening, but I am so glad it is. It take such a load off my shoulders. Crazy Chilly and Maple Frosting

Today was a crazy day. I was planning to go up to crystal city with my madre and do this job interview thingy right? So I got out of bed at 5 AM which is not only a god awful hour but also a very cold one apparently. Let me just say it was FREEZING! But besides the chill factor I got up got dressed and me and madre were on our way. Stress? Advice?

So its been about two days since my last post. And not much has changed. Still 41 and 1/2 inches around. And still not eating as healthily I should be. But I did find an amazing crunch exercise on T.V. And I've been doing this exercise for the past to days. But unfortunately I have started my monthly cycle. Yay! So I feel blotted and unhappy. I'm Back

Okay so its been awhile. I kinda gave up on this for a couple of months. :/ Sorry. But now I'm back at it. So here goes. I started the couch to 5k running program a couple of weeks ago. I really enjoy it. I also went out and bought some very interesting exercising DVD's. Funny thing is now I'm exercising but I can't seem to incorporate eating healthy into the routine. Mothers, Tiramisu, and Exercise.

Today I splurged and had Tiramisu. So yummy. :) So not healthy. Lol. But other then that I had a good day with eating. I chose a salad instead of the big plate of spaghetti. I told my mother, whom I live with, that I was on a diet. Now most parents would say, "You don't need to be on a diet, you're perfect the way you are." My mom is not that kind of parent. Long Hot Day

Well my first day trying to eat right didn't go the way I planned. Well first of all my family and I decided to go to Lake Ann. So I had to skip breakfast because we had to leave as soon as I woke up. I didn't finally eat until 2 pm. I had some chicken on the grill and watermelon and slipped and had a couple cookies. Just Saying Chello! (new here)

Well I'm 18 years old and not happy with my body. So I've decided to take control over my eating habits. I'm going to eat more fruits and veggies, less carbs. Pasta, bread, and macaroni and cheese are my weakness. I am also addicted to sweets. Doughnuts are the best invention since the invention of the wheel. But no more. Thank you for the message!! I'm so happy to hear I put a smile on your face---the best thing I can hear!!
Okay, four words for you "take the yoga class" next semester..okay six words :) :) I started out with the tightest hamstrings ever---and I'm not that flexible naturally but I have been working and working on it and let me tell you, yoga works. The thing I like about it is it made me enjoy working out; it changed my relationship with 'the gym'. I used to despise working out---so although if you are not in the 'power yoga' class or vinyasa style, you still get a good work out. But now since I got in the habit of going to the gym I eventually started attending a lot of the other cardio/aerobic classes. But my main focus is yoga and I feel beyond grateful that I have been introduced to it. It is all about loving yourself, loving where you are physically, not comparing yourself to others, embracing right here, right now. I could go on for days :) Thanks again for the message ~ talk to you soon !!

No problem! If you need some help finding out what a good weight range is for you try calculating your BMI or go to Shape.com and try the happy weight calculator (it asks you more questions than a simple BMI calculation).
