so after a month of not posting i am (again) inspired by roni.. this time her video post last week about committing to blogging and how there's tons of abandoned weight loss blogs out there and how she assumed that they've fallen off the wagon.. my monday is going really good so far... i just got back from working out: 20 min stairmaster, lifted arms/shoulders/back and walked on the treadmill 20 min and a pretty good pace. food today:

ok.. so my teething kiddo has me totally thrown off track with the eating.. i wouldn't say i'm doing really bad.. but it's not exactly good. my weight is maintaining.. so i guess that's a good thing. i've been keeping up with the workouts.. which is probably just balancing out my food intake to maintain. my dilema lately are sweets! holy cow.. it seems like i'm always craving something! i finished off my mini ice cream sandwiches in no time and am dipping into the hubby's rice krispy treat stash…

so yesterday (as everyday) i had the best intentions for planned meals and a good workout..however i got home from work in the morning and the kiddo looked like crap! ..my husband says.. 'he's been cranky' ..i'm like.. ugh.. yeah.. he's burning up!
