Ginger, i've been avoiding getting on the scale so I can start all over (im sure ive gained ever one of my 19lbs back)...reading your blog almost has me brave enough to do it. i am scare if i know the number i will be so depressed i will not be able to do anything. i had developed my own thought process...and if i did it...it would work (check it out on my blog). I find it hard to always measure and weigh food. i swear if i just listed to my body i would be thin. i am going to try next week truly only eating when i am hungry. with the exception on breakfast. i need it to get things going...so, lets see how it goes for me...wish me luck...i'll let you know if i am brave enough to get on the scale.
