Ok... so I didn't make it on to blog yesterday. I was enjoying the first real good weather we have had in a long time here. It was so nice out yesterday. I went on a two hour bike ride with my son yesterday and it was fun. It was nice to just spend some time with him, encouraging him and helping him. This is the first entry in my new blog. I am ready to put myself out there and get the job done. I am ready to be thinner and be able to lose the weight that I need to in order to feel good about myself and be more confident in myself. I am really excited about this and hope that this will keep me accountable for my actions! I plan to start journaling every bite (you bite it - you write it)!!
