And I don't mean weight either. I've been goofing off! Up until this weekend I was faithfully recording everything that went in my mouth. Only another 47 to go! Wow am I going to look good this time next year! LOL Yeah! Off to a good start! Second week of ww - another 1.5lbs. I'll take it. Why rush, right? Slow and steady is fine with me. Confident and happy with myself that I'm just staying on points and even exercising - a little. Yeah me! :)

Been a great week - and most of weekend - I ve stayed op and actually had fun planning meals and grocery shopping. Then came Sunday afternoon - my 18 yr old daughter, who we don't see to much of anymore because of boyfriends and job, wanted to go out to eat as family. I think she's getting nervous about graduation and thoughts of moving on with her life, going to college etc. So everyone, me included, wanted to eat at our favorite Chinese restaurant. Well - my week has been going fine so far. Staying on track, eating more veggies. But now its Saturday and I'm beginning to panic becasue there isn't any healthy food in the house right now. I just ate a peanutbutter and jelly sandwhich - not proud of that - but I'm still well within my points for the day - with plenty for dinner and lots of flex points too. This was a successful week for me in so many ways. I journaled absolutely every single thing that I consumed. I documented my activity points. I tried to drink as much water as possible. And I have begun walking daily. I made it through on entire week without eating restaurant food. And - I am down 1.5 lbs. 1 low-carb (1-Point) tortilla
1 T reduced-fat cream cheese (I've been using the chive flavor)
Tomato paste (I just use a knife-full, because it should have 0 Points)
I just spread the cream cheese and tomato paste on the tortilla, fold it in half and heat it through on the George Foreman grill for 3 or 4 minutes.
