No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Although I've not posted or commented much lately, I've been here-silently reading posts, looking for inspiration. I've struggled all summer long and I think I've figured out why after rereading old posts. I started this journey focused on being HEALTHY and got distracted by LOSING WEIGHT. What's the difference you ask? Well, for me, when I focus on healthy and make those choices, I physically feel better and good food makes me want more good food. The first hurdle has been overcome-your writing it down! Now for the second hurdle, getting it under control. Today you will be in control. You've reviewed your journals from when the results were good and you know what to do-just do it. Keep the sweets out of the house. Eat when your hungry. Control your portions. Get moving. It will come back off along with many of it's pesky little friends. You can be where you want by Christmas. The payoff is worth it. Just one day at a time. Just do it.
