Hello! I'm from NY. I started WW in Nov of 06. To date, I've lost 80 lbs. I still have more to loose and it is daily struggle!

It sounds like you're doing great. Could you be losing inches? getting leaner? You're doing this the right way...80 lbs lost! That Rocks! Keep it up!

Tuesday....
Always the most 'productive day of the week for me. Last night I walked 3 miles. My goal is to finish in 40 minutes and to keep my heart rate at a min of 130 bpm. I finished at 41.35 seconds...and did keep my heart rate on target. Tougher than it seems I'll tell ya! LOL!
Today...is a crazy BUSY day at work...but I WILL get those miles in!

I've been doing WW since Nov 1 2006. Overall, I've lost 80 lbs. I am proud of what I've accomplished..but still have another 40 or so lbs to go to reach my goal.

I've been counting my points and walking 3 to 4 miles least 5 days a week at about 4 mph.....and apparently I have reached Platue. I used to walk 3 miles a day at about 2 MPH. Now I've ramped the distance and length..and STILL I remain on this DA** Platue!
The bad news is that I've been on a platue for about 2 months now!I

I've tried to keep myself motivated by remembering how far I've come...everyday..but seriously...it is getting old.

I'm beginning to think to myself.."this is it. this is where I'm supposed to be". I'm a realist. I'm not 20. I will never, EVER, where a bikini..and I'm fine with that. But I would just love to once...reach my weight goal.

Any thoughts, ideas..what worked for all of you to break a Platue!???!!!
