Okay, I got a little distracted after starting this blog and didn't journal, exercise or do anything on program. I recommitted Monday and today has been my second day completely on program. I used my elliptical for 30 minutes today and yesterday and feel stronger and fitter already. Its funny how much better you feel after working out and eating healthy, even if it is for only 2 days. Now to stay motivated!
