About Me:
I have tried Weight Watchers more times than I can remember. I have been sucessful in the past but never made it to goal. I always seem to lose motivation and get tired of counting points. I was 2lbs away from goal before my wedding, but after the wedding and honeymoon I gained it all back. I have never blogged before and hope this will help keep me motivated and accountable.

Day 2 on program

Okay, I got a little distracted after starting this blog and didn't journal, exercise or do anything on program. I recommitted Monday and today has been my second day completely on program. I used my elliptical for 30 minutes today and yesterday and feel stronger and fitter already. Its funny how much better you feel after working out and eating healthy, even if it is for only 2 days. Now to stay motivated!
