About Me:
I am to the point where I know I need to lose the weight once and for all. I am tired of being FAT and I am ready to get the weight off for my health but also to feel good about ME again. I am 34 years old (soon to be 35) and the one thing I am working towards is to get at least 100 lbs off by my 36th birthday :) That is my goal!!

I have been yo-yoing with my weight for the past 8 years now and I am sick of it. I have joined and rejoined WW to succeed some but have never got to goal. This time it's different because I am more than determined to make it to goal. I will NOT QUIT!!!

Highest Weight: 450 lbs.
Current Weight: 360 lbs.
Goal Weight: 170 lbs.

Another week gone by ...Week # 15 on WW ....a gain but oh well!!

Well another week has gone by and I am already on week 15 with WW and really feeling good about myself!! I did have a gain this past WI but you know what ? I am not being hard on myself like I would have in the past therefore I am taking it well. This is my FIRST GAIN in 15 weeks and I think that is DAMN GOOD!!! Happy Thanksgiving

I just wanted to check in to wish all of my friends here at BTL a very Happy , Healthy and Safe Thanksgiving Day :) This time of year is hard for me but you know what? WOOOHOOOO....-2.2 loss on Week # 14 with WW :)

I am sooooo happy ....I had a -2.2 loss this week :) I am getting sooooo close to being below 330 lbs. and I can't wait :) Last year at this time I was around 329 lbs. so it's a great NSV that I will be back where I was at this time of year :) After getting at 329 lbs. my next goal is to get below 300 lbs.....which will be a AWESOME NSV once that happens because it's been YEARS since I was below 300 lbs. I am still alive .....Week # 13 on WW.......0.4 loss!!!

Well I am still alive LOL ...sorry that this update is soooo late but it's been a busy week and this past weekend was very busy as well but I think the main reason why I didn't come on here to blog about my loss was because I was sooooo DISAPPOINTED with it :( I know it's still a loss but it's hard to see that kind of number when I have been ON PROGRAM to the tee and doing all the right things. Another loss/ week # 12 on WW and GOING STRONG!!!!!

Hi everyone ...I know it's been awhile since I have blogged but don't worry I have NOT quit. I just have been sick for the past week and a half and thought I got rid of the cold within a few days of fighting it by drinking peppermint tea and taking Airborne well it came back on me this past Friday and I was sick all weekend long ....ugggghhhhhh!!! Thank you :) College has been good so far--but this semester is has gotten pretty difficult..just so much stuff to do and so complicated! I am so close to graduating though--so i MUST keep going lol...plus i cant wait to teach and thats the only way ill be able to! oh ya--20 is pretty good..its fun haha i know ill miss it one day so i try to make it as great as i can--while still doing well in school. My midterms probably went better than i felt..it was just that one! the other 2 went well--(30 out of 35 points and 50 out of 50) so i was pretty happy--i have one more tomorrow and then one tuesday! Tell me about yourself--i see your from texas like me :)

Hi Michelle! You are the sweetest thing to check on me. Thank you so much. I'm doing very well at the moment. I got myself out of the "birthday funk" and am back on track. I missed going to the WW meeting last week just because I kept putting it off and putting it off until it was Saturday and the week was gone. But, I made myself go Tuesday morning and I feel so much better that I did that! We had a really great meeting that seemed directed right at me. It was about emotional, mindless eating. Boy, had I been doing that! I actually gained a few pounds back, but I was not upset at all. I was just happy I was back in the right frame of mind.

I know what you mean about busy schedules. With this economy like it is right now, I'm praying real hard for times to change. My husband is a commercial general contractor. Historically, in bad economic times, the building industry slows to a stand still. We are fortunate to be in Austin, Texas where the economy is not as bad as some places, but we still need another big job fast! HA!

How are you doing other than busy?? I have not been on BTL at all, so I have not been reading what is going on. How was your weigh in? More importantly, how is your brain?? LOL...I think all this is a mind thing. If we keep our minds on the right course, everything else will fall in place.
