Day 1.
It didn't go off as good as I had hoped, wanted, planned or whatever. There was crap in the house. It seems like I have the mentality that if I don’t do it perfect, I didn’t do it good enough, and if I didn’t do good enough, may as well screw the pooch...so to speak. I thought I would stop by just to introduce myself. I am a work at home mom (WAHM) and I read your profile and I can understand where you are comming from. I am committed to writing in my blog 3 to 4 times a week even if I mess up....I was on weight watchers and loss 8 lbs. but gained it back. I am now doing portions control and conscious eating w/ treadmill. How are you doing?
