I'm down 6.2 lbs this month. Yay me!
I had to measure my bathroom floor last night because we discovered if you moved the scale more than an inch, the weight would go up or down by a pound or two. Let's just say that if I had a marble and placed it by the shower, it could easily make it to the linen closet. So, we picked the most level spot and put some electrical tape down so we know exactly where to put the scale each week.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I tracked for a full week. *Does the happy dance.* And while I'm not thrilled with my weight progress thus far, the journal has really given me a huge opportunity to eat better.

Well, to start, yay me! I have tracked for 7 days straight. Obviously, I'm not done with Sunday yet, but I should average about 1750 calories a day. Seeing as how this is roughly my target, I was pretty happy with myself for the week. Most of my food was planned ahead of time and most of it was healthy. I got lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein, even my milk. Lots of water and lots of exercise too.

Yay me! So, my eating for the past two weeks has sucked pretty bad but at least I've been consistent with my running.
I need to get back on track with my journal. I journal almost religiously when I'm eating well, but there is something about writing down a 1600 calorie burger that my mind goes, "Why bother?"
