Mother of 5 grown kids, 10 Grands, Past 50, Battled weight since my mid 20's. Love to eat! Very busy statistical analyst and also just finished my Master's Degree. Just can't seem to get motivated enough to stay on plan. Lost 75 3 yrs ago on WW, then had Heart condition and gained all back within 5 months. That was a real bummer! Have to get it off now. Want to live for those grandkids! Unfortunately for me, I know I'm one of those who need the pats on the back. So meetings work better for me. Can't do just the online. Hard part is husband has lost 65 now, doing low carbs. So trying to cook for both of us. Even tho he's happy with just a salad, I'm not. Just found this site, awesome.
