I'm a 30-something mom of 2 boys (3 1/2 and 2.) My weight has been a constant struggle, especially since becoming a mom. After the birth of my 2nd son, I lost 38 lbs. only to regain 15 before reaching my goal. My goal today is to lose 30 lbs. I've started working out regularly and while I wouldn't call myself a "gym rat" yet, I do love it!
