Trying again to get the weight off. Hope to keep it off this time. I'm on my 6th week at WW and have lost 9 1/2 LB so far. Although WW is the best plan I've ever followed, sometimes it is still very hard to do the right thing. Fortunately, I really love to cook so I find that by not eating out I can stay OP much better. When I do eat out I take my points booklet with me.

Cheri, I have to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change many
times. I wonder what it is about food that is such a temptation for
some of us. I just try to take it a day at a time, and journaling is a

Hey Cheri. I used to live in Pataskala and still keep in touch with some people who live there. I also lived in Columbus near Eastland Mall. I miss Ohio, especially the snow.
