Tooth patched - mystery spackel = zero points

Thank you to all for the tooth sympathy and funnys. I'm guessing that the amount of spackle and tooth that I digested was zero points, at lest that is how I counted it LOL. I got to spend almost 2 hours in the dentist chair yesterday as part one of the crown process. I really should be royalty considering how many fucking crowns I have in my mouth. Yes you read that correctly. Yesterday I broke off a piece of my back tooth while eating a salad. Actually the tooth had been bothering me for months and I thought I needed a root canal, but after seeing the specialist he told me to wait because he didn't really see anything. So I've been waiting and feeling fine for months now, until yesterday. Life Update

I'm back in SF (arrived last Monday the 2nd), and as much as I wish we could have stayed in NY just a few more days I am glad to be home. I weighed myself before we left and things were still "normal" but once I got home and back on the scale it screamed at me and said 138.8. WTH is that?! I haven't seen 138 anything in months! Thanks for asking your leader about those AP. I get different "rules" from everyone I ask, so for now I am playing it by ear...I use some of them, never all of them, unless I am starving...and I am still losing...so if that changes I will make changes along with it to get it moving again...I really appreciate you asking!!!!

Hi, I just read your recipes from your weightwatchen blog...they are awesome! I can't wait to try some of them. It is nice to see so many alternatives to typical diet food, that look so much tastier and I am sure are more nutritious. I appreciate it :)
